Corporate Responsibility

Although we have fewer than 50 full-time staff members, resulting in a relatively small carbon footprint, we are dedicated to minimizing environmental impact and enhancing our environmental performance. All partners we engage with must adhere to our stringent international corporate citizenship standards, operating responsibly and achieving their goals sustainably, in alignment with our ethics, policies, practices and values. This commitment includes ensuring that there is no discrimination, abuse, modern slavery or human trafficking in any aspect of our business or supply chains, and we require that the companies we collaborate with share this commitment to prevent such incidences within their operations and supply chains as well.

Financial Fluency

One of the primary objectives of the Chinese leadership is to promote social and economic equality throughout the country. As advocates for higher relative minimum wages -- often referred to as "living wages" -- in all our partnered projects, we believe that our businesses can act as a force for social good, fostering social peace and cohesion. Increased wages lead to improved education, housing and healthcare, which are essential components of a peaceful and prosperous society. We are committed to engagement and transparency, and actively seek professional and constructive dialogue with local communities and their leaders in all regions where we operate.

The Asia Pacific region is vast and densely populated, with significant infrastructure needs and assorted geological features including mountains, rivers, deserts, jungles and forests. This diversity requires a comprehensive set of modern utilization, processing and reclamation techniques, along with collaboration among various companies, organizations and government agencies. These geographically appropriate solutions have been successfully implemented worldwide, however some challenges are unique; for example, the relative state of China’s water resources makes it crucial to protect sustainable water management systems, aquifers and groundwater contingency plans. Additionally, responsible decommissioning, remediation and repurposing of the regions vast raw materials exploration and development sites post-completion is essential.

Our awareness of these needs and commitment to innovative solutions enhance Talisman Infrastructure Partners value as a preferred partner, for both operational associates and stakeholders.
